However, con: in the Q and A it is described as having two exterior pockets - one on the back and one under the front flap. I wanted the back pocket to slip my phone in. Mine has no pocket in the back (sewn shut) and I don&rsquo;t know if the description was wrong or my bag is defective. The leather is stiffer than I expected. I recall seeing this bag at the Pendleton Mills and believe it had two outside pockets and softer leather (maybe I am remembering incorrectly??) The front pocket is poorly designed and not very useful - should have been placed between the body of the bag and front decorative flap for ease of use - instead you must lift up the leather flap and a slim fabric pocket is found underneath.
