Shipping Information
Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Standard delivery varies, but usually takes no more than 10-12 business days from the time the order is processed. Please allow up to 10 weeks for furniture delivery. Personalized items may take an extra 30 days. Our one-time shipping rate includes backorders.

Shipping Rates
For Standard Delivery, orders over $150 will ship for free. There will be $9.95 shipping charge for any orders under $150. Please note that orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are not eligible for Standard Delivery and must be shipped Expedited or Next Business Day.
FREE In-Store Pick-Up
If you live near a retail or outlet store, you may be able to have your order shipped to your local store for free. You'll receive an email when your package is ready to be picked up. Note: Not all products may be shipped to store, including furniture, rugs and large, bulky items. Expedited shipping is not available.
International Customers
Sorry, we don't ship outside the U.S.
Oversized Items
Some larger items and/or custom furniture have additional shipping charges. These charges are noted in the online product copy on the item page, or in parentheses ($) next to the price in our printed catalog. We are unable to ship large items to Alaska or Hawaii.
Rush Charges
$29.95 per address for 3-4 business day delivery, or $39.95 per address for next business day delivery - this applies to orders received by Noon PT, Monday through Friday. Rush delivery is not available for furniture, wall art, luggage or pet items.
