How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 5-7 business days and arrives within 10-12 business days from processing via Standard Delivery. Furniture delivery takes up to 10 weeks. Personalized items add up to an extra 30 days. One-time shipping charges cover backorders at no extra cost.

Standard Delivery is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. These addresses require 3-4 Day Delivery or Next Business Day Delivery.
Is free in-store pickup available?
Yes. Customers near a participating retail or outlet store can choose free pick up in store at checkout. You'll get an email when your order has arrived. Furniture, rugs, and other large or bulky items are not eligible for store pickup, and expedited shipping cannot be combined with this option.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship only within the United States and Puerto Rico.
Are there extra charges for shipping large or custom items?
Yes. Oversized items and custom furniture carry additional shipping fees, listed on the product page or shown in parentheses ($) next to the price in the catalog. Large items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Can I get it faster?
Yes, rush shipping is available for orders placed by 12pm PT, Monday-Friday.
