Horizontal bands of soft color echo the waving grasses, shallow ponds and gentle undulations of the Nebraska Sandhills, an "ocean of grass" that is the largest plant-anchored sand dune region in the United States. This wool blanket is dyed, woven and hand-finished in our Pacific Northwest mills, for quality you can count on.

<span itemprop="description">I was unable to erase or edit my first review so I'm submitting another one. The modern Pendleton blankets are different from my older ones. I have learned the difference between napped and untapped wool. Please read carefully before ordering your blanket to ensure you're ordering what you want. The design is fine. It's a light colored blanket. A lot lighter than I anticipated. It is a Pendleton therefore it has its status. That's what I can say. It is a fine robe. I like the darker colored blankets though and I like the binded blankets better too. I would recommend this to anyone.</span>

<span itemprop="description">If this is the quality Pendleton is considering top drawer, I care not to do business with them. This blanket is thin, it has no boarder, it doesn't fit the bed I bought it for. I'm horribly disappointed. This blanket is not worth the $450, do not buy this blanket unless you're searching for a very thin wool blanket with serged edges. Ugh, I now have to pay to mail it back, a reshelving fee, I'm sure as 99% of businesses do this now, and go through the hassle of having professionally packed and shipped. What a pain in the neck. Pendleton is no luck anger a company you can blindly order from assuming you will receive the best quality product. Those are bygone days. It arrived in a timely manner, though. I will give them that much</span>

<span itemprop="description">I love this blanket because of the soft cozy feel. I just received it today and it’s better than I imagined. The colors are very neutral with an ivory background. The bold design is in dark blue, and a pretty tree green teal, with a hint of peach here and there. Taupe stripes weave into the design. Love it and the size is perfect for cuddling.
