<span itemprop="description">I cannot return the dog’s coat, and that prohibition is clearly stated on the website. I ordered the wrong size for my dog, but put it on her to see if it could be easily modified. It cannot. They do not accept returns for dog coats, even if you simply try it on your dog. Now I have a coat my dog can’t wear. I could kick myself. Don’t make my mistake. These are pricey for some of us, and I can’t order another one this winter.
This is the second coat I’ve ordered from Pendleton. The first was for my dog that passed away a couple of years ago. I loved it and so did she.</span>
