<span itemprop="description">Our black lab loved this dog bed (L) initially and it was very cute. However after a year and a half of use, it is now entirely flat including the sides. It looks terrible in the house and our dog doesn't like it now. Pendleton does not sell the inserts and won't advise who their manufacturer is to order replacements. Definitely a let down after $300. Would not recommend.</span>
