<span itemprop="description">This dos sweater is pretty small. This is the Medium size on my 6.5lb Maltese / Shih Tzu mutt. It fits well but snug. I wanted a wool sweater but the acrylic fabric is nice. Not sure what happens when it gets wet. Wool is generally superior in that respect.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Sizes are inconsistent and beware, if it touches your dog (not sure how you determine fit without doing so) you cannot return. I now have 3 of 4 pieces ordered, all XS size, that don’t fit and I can’t return.</span>

<span itemprop="description">The largest this awesome “Big Lebowski” Westerly sweater is available is for dogs a 40-pound dog. Sorry, but that is a Medium-sized dog. That’s not even close to a Large dog. Not everybody has a yippie little lap dog that fits in their purse (notice I used a gender-neutral pronoun?). I really wanted to get this sweater for my daughter’s dog to match the Westerly I bought for her (we are huge Big Lebowski fans), but she has a beast of an animal. These sweaters should be marketed for cats.</span>

I will echo the others, please make this for dogs larger than 40 lbs! Seems odd that was the largest size to begin with as you are obviously missing a huge (no pun intended) market like my 65 lb dog. Thanks!

Pet items may be returned if they are not actually tried on by the dog. If you are able to assess the size without putting on your dog it may be returned for another size.
