<span itemprop="description">I was so excited to get this item from the recent catalog that was mailed to the house, but when I checked the website on the say the catalog arrived, the item was listed but shown that it was unavailable and about a week later the item disappered completely. A fews later it appeared again and I ordered it based on the measurements listed and my previous Pendleton jacket purchases so I ordered a large. The package arrived. I tried on the jacket and it was about 2 sizes too small unfortunately, so it was returned. They should really have informed the consumer about this issue ahead of time.</span>

We use the chart that&rsquo;s online and it does not indicate how to measure or where to measure for hips and shoulders the links etc. Are you able to give me any suggestions to guide me so that I don&rsquo;t have to return another jacket.

The measurements shown are the actual finished garment measurements. To measure yourself, for hips, measure around the fullest part of the hip. For shoulders, it will be from the outside edge of the shoulder to the other side.
