Best Practices: 

• Always wash new towels 3 to 5 times alone to clear out loose manufacturing fibers before using.
• Wash towel loads separately: Never mix towels with clothing
• Avoid overloading: Limit your wash load to 4–6 standard bath towels maximum so water and detergent can freely flush particles down the drain.

• After the 1st wash: Linting is at its highest.
• After 3–5 washes: Linting decreases significantly.
