If your rug has fold lines, they will eventually relax. Using a rug pad under the rug will often help with relaxing creases.

You can also, steam using an iron and a damp towel will also help. Place the damp white towel over the crease and use the "steam" setting on the iron. Run it over the crease while pushing the steam button.
