<span itemprop="description">I own seven other Pendelton wool blankets and I like them all but this blanket is by far my favorite. What makes it so great is that it is incredible soft. None of the others come even close to this level of softness.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This is the second National Park blanket I have purchased. I got it to outfit a second bedroom with a double layer of Pendleton blankets for the winter. The National Park blanket can be tucked in. Then I add a colorful blanket on top (like a bedspread). This set up is not just for show (though you could think that ad it is quite stunning). The combination of the 2 blankets with some flannel sheets are the most warn and comfortable bed set up I have ever experienced. Temperature control is amazing. The National Park blanket itself is soft to the touch, and ample in size. One note: the actual blanket is lighter than what is shown in the picture, more of a beige color. I ended up not minding this at all, since the lighter color blends with my other Pendleton blankets (that I use on top) and is more neutral than the brownish hue shown in the picture</span>

Are your blankets boiled wool or just woven wool?

Our blankets are not boiled wool. The patterns and designs are created with pure virgin wool and cotton. The cotton yarns are used on the warp of the loom for stability and the wool yarns are woven in for the color and pattern.
