<span itemprop="description">LOVE the beautiful pattern and mat overall, but it's a little slick and find myself slipping when holding certain yoga poses. Every other yoga mat I've owned over the years had more of a grip to it, but this one is pretty smooth which I found surprising.</span>

What is the best way to clean this after a sweaty workout? So far I've wiped it with tea tree oil. That seemed to be fine. I just want to make sure I'm helping the pattern last as long as possible. There was already some missing ink when it arrived new.

According to the manufacturer, the best way to clean your yoga mat is gently washing it with mild soap and water.
