Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly accept your return of clean, unworn and unwashed merchandise within 60 days of purchase or shipment, whichever is later, for exchange or refund. Please follow the instructions on the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order.
Refunds: Items received within 60 days will credit refunds back to your original payment method for the merchandise purchase price, minus a $7.50 shipping charge for the use of our UPS prepaid label. You may alternatively return your package by the shipper of your choice. Items received after 60 days can be returned for a merchandise credit.
Free Exchanges: If you’d like a different item, we offer free exchanges. You will not be charged for mailing the item back to us, and we will ship the new item to you at no additional shipping charge (US addresses only). If an item you’d like to exchange for is no longer available, we will issue a merchandise credit for the current price of the item you’re exchanging. There is no time limit on exchanges.
Rugs: Rugs must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
Pet Products: For health safety reasons, you may not return used pet items, including those that were only tried on.
Non-Returnable Items: You may not return cut yardage, except defective fabric; furniture, except damaged or defective items; blankets once hanging tabs have been added; and embroidered/personalized items, unless there is a quality issue.
