Returns & Exchanges


Free returns available in Pendleton stores and outlets!

Clothing/Home Products:
We will gladly accept your return of clean, unworn and unwashed merchandise within 90 days of shipment for exchange or refund. Returns of merchandise received after 90 days of shipment will be exchanged or refunded for merchandise credit. Simply follow the instructions on the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order. If you wish to return your purchase for a refund, we’ll credit your original method of payment for the merchandise purchase price, excluding a flat shipping charge of $7.50 (for use of UPS prepaid label). If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size, color or style, we will ship the new items to you with no additional shipping charge (US addresses only).

Pet Products:
For health safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used pet items, including those that were just tried on.

Non-Returnable Items:
We regret we can’t accept returns on the following: Cut yardage, except defective material; furniture, except for damaged or defective items; blankets once hanging tabs have been added and embroidered/personalized items, unless there is a quality issue.

If you wish to return your purchase for a refund, we will credit your original method of payment for the merchandise purchase price within 90 days of shipment.
