Returns & Exchanges


Free returns available in Pendleton stores and outlets!

Clothing/Home Products:
We will gladly accept your return of clean, unworn and unwashed merchandise within 90 days of shipment for exchange or refund. Items received after 90 days of shipment will be exchanged or refunded for merchandise credit. If you’d like a different item, we offer FREE EXCHANGES—you will not be charged for mailing the item back to us, and we will ship the new item to you at no additional shipping charge (US addresses only). Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment for the merchandise purchase price, minus a flat shipping charge of $7.50 (for use of UPS prepaid label). For all returns and exchanges, please follow the instructions on the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order.

Rugs:
Rugs must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

Pet Products:
For health safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used pet items, including those that were just tried on.

Non-Returnable Items:
We regret we can't accept returns on the following: cut yardage, except defective material; furniture, except for damaged or defective items; blankets once hanging tabs have been added and embroidered/personalized items, unless there is a quality issue.

If you wish to return your purchase for a refund, we will credit your original method of payment for the merchandise purchase price within 90 days of shipment. Returns received after 90 days of shipment will be exchanged or refunded for merchandise credit. If you wish to exchange your purchase because of a product defect, we’ll credit your return shipping charges and ship the new items to you with no additional shipping charge (US addresses only). You may return your package either by UPS or by the shipper of your choice.
