Pendleton is looking for a detail-orientated individual who enjoys a fast paced environment to join the Home Division team. This is a full-time position.

Job Description:
Assist in the merchandising, development and sales support of the Home division

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assists Merchandiser with seasonal line plan development and maintenance
  • Responsible for communicating development calendars and ensuring timelines are met
  • Recaps all development meetings in a timely manner
  • Enters data into PLM for development tracking
  • Provides production with all specifications needed for set up (including BOM)
  • Works with Merchandiser, Designer and Copywriter to ensure all in line marketing names and technical specifications are published and correctly executed in T&F and wholesale printed materials
  • Coordinates all samples (wholesale photography, in line, manages and tracks sample needs (sales, press, tradeshow), responsible for invoices, credits and returns
  • Works with Visual and Design on tradeshow needs and execution
  • Assists in sales meeting preparation and presentation
  • Maintains the Home showroom
  • Marks up quarterly wholesale selling
  • Attends various regional tradeshows


  • Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 Years Product Development Experience
  • Proficient in Word, Excel (Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop a plus)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and follow up skills
  • Works well in team environment
  • Ability to multi task
  • Self Motivated
