Pendleton Woolen Mills is a 100+ year old, vertically integrated manufacturer, wholesaler, and multi-channel retailer of quality Apparel and Home Products. We are looking for a qualified, seasoned and dynamic person to manage our outlet store in Boise, Idaho.
Job Description:
Responsible for achieving sales and profit goals for the store
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure store staff also provide the same exceptional service
Hire, train, develop and supervise store staff
Ensure that visual merchandising standards are maintained at all times
Plan and direct store operations, including inventory control and security
Community involvement, including local level marketing and special events
Job Requirements:
Five years or more experience in apparel specialty store management
Excellent leadership, communication and management skills
Strong visual merchandising skills and the ability to maintain corporate standards
Well organized, highly self motivated, able to multitask and customer service oriented
Able to work flexible schedule, including weekends
Basic computer/POS systems skills
