Rated 5 out of 5 by from Goes with anything! This jacket is the perfect compliment for any color. Naturally it looks great with black, but it works with red, gray and even jeans. It can be casual or dressy. Definitely my go to jacket.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful Jacket Broke my heart to have to return it. I wear a Large. Everything fit well except the sleeves. They were very tight and slim. I could not bend my arms at the elbow.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The jacket looked too boxy on me I ordered this jacket because black and white plaid goes with my existing clothes but I looked as big as a house in it, so I returned it and got the black and white "coatigan" instead. I'd ordered that in blue and black plaid, and it also came in white and black. But this Wilhelm jacket might be good on someone slim and narrow.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fashion Forward and Beautiful Most of my wardrobe is black/white with touches of red, yellow, and blue. I needed a blazer for spending mild winters at my home along the Gulf Coast. I did not want a "corporate" look, and I needed something to wear for dressy occasions and with jeans. The fit is perfect! The weight and drape of this fabric is superb. I LOVE the sleeve detail. Because I am also a former sewing instructor, I appreciate that the sleeves were cut on the bias, not set-in. If the model were shown holding up her arm, there would be no "armhole." The seam runs along the outside top of the sleeve, thus creating a fashion-forward, high-end, interesting design. From my alterations business, I learned that all of the couture designers cut their blazer sleeves on the bias, even when the seam is on the bottom of the arm. PLEASE create more of these in different plaid designs. This is a winner! Congratulations to the designer of this pattern!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice pattern, good fabric, bad sleeve design I loved the bold black and white plaid and the fact that it was a looser fit, which I like. I was excited to get this jacket in anticipation of wearing it over shirts and lighter sweaters. It arrived and I was so disappointed. I have very slim arms and the lower sleeve was so tight I could not have worn anything under it. The sleeve design is not good even for someone like me with very slim arms. The material was of good quality though the looser weave may have snagged easily. I did return it because of the fit of the sleeve.
