<span itemprop="description">Very nice sturdy rolling underseat case but it has a terrible plastic smell that still has not dissipated after a couple days left open. I'm afraid to put clothes in it unless they are in a zipped compression bag to guard the clothes from the stench. Not too happy with this issue!</span>

Our Underseat Carry-on does not have an interior padded laptop sleeve pocket. The bag is 13&frac12;&quot;W x 16&quot;H x 8&quot; so could hold your own padded sleeve within the bag when packing.

The measurements for our Spider Rock Carry-on includes the wheels - the handle fully retracts into the case so does not add additional height.
