The exterior is beautiful yet can be wiped clean or dry, the interior lining feels luxurious. I fly with my cheaper suitcases, and reserve these for road trips and overnights in the city. I usually use the shoulder strap, but recently rolled this through downtown Portland in the pouring rain and it held up well. I saved up for this purchase and think it was money well spent. I reached out six months later after mentioning to a friend And reviewing their warranty policy. This bag is made by a third-party so they don&rsquo;t stand by it. They give you the information for the third-party, Beverly bags, and they say that Pendleton should take care of it. Complete run around with no results. Luggage should last more than 10 uses.
