It didn’t even withstand one flight and already has a hole making it unusable for my return flight without wrapping it in duct tape. I contacted customer service who, up to this point, has been completely unhelpful.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Bought this for my 19 year old granddaughter. She chose it because her friend had it and she loved it. It’s nice not to have the same boring black luggage that everyone else has. She is excited and can’t wait to use it on her cruise in May.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Was so excited for this luggage. In one flight, with zero stops - and only lasting 1.5 hours, the bag handle on top ripped out of the top of the bag losing the luggage tag and making the bag almost impossible to lift and move around. Poor wheel design and durability/mobility. The bag also suffered body damage on this one non-stop flight. The stiff body of the bag was “bent” and misshapen in a pinched position. Pendleton stood by the product and refunded the purchase, but travel home was embarrassing and complicated without full functionality. A lot of money for a product name that is trusted and clearly didn’t design functional, reasonable, durable, realistic luggage. Total fail.</span>
