<span itemprop="description">It is very warm and not too heavy or bulky. I use it both as a lap blanket on the sofa and then transfer it to my bed as extra warmth over my bed quilt. I don't feel it is uncomfortably scratchy. I have not laundered it. I guess my main concern is to keep the moths away. There are care instructions addressing this issue. I like the color(juniper/fawn).</span>
