Additional Information

A USA-made wool blanket based on the story of the Eagle, the Elk and the Warrior, often told by Native American artist (and former Colorado Senator) Ben Nighthorse Campbell. In the story, a Cheyenne warrior saw an eagle trapped in an elk's antlers. After the man freed the eagle, the eagle thanked him with the gift of a beautiful stallion resembling the colors of the eagle's feathers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful! So excited to give this to my adult son as a Christmas present. I had the tabs added so he could display it on his wall. He spent some time in New Mexico and developed an interest in Native American arts. I love it, and I am certain he will too. I also like knowing a portion of the purchase price will go to the College Fund.
