<span itemprop="description">The towel set I ordered : wash cloth, hand and spa towels didn't match the description at all. Oh yes, the design was there but the quality wasn't. The 1st thing I noticed when I unpacked them is that they were pretty lightweight. Next , I saw some loose thread which unraveled easily with just my hand--see foto--. The edging wasn't that great either since it had uneven , loose stitches and a kind of open texture. Lastly, the looped side wasn't soft at all. I don't see how a company known for it's quality could put it's name on such a mediocre product? I'm sorry I have to pay the return shipping but I couldn't imagine these products holding up to normal use.</span>

<span itemprop="description">The washcloths are fine, but I recently compared my latest bath towel to find that it is really
smaller than my previous ones of the same type as the washcloth above. I'm truly diaappointed in Pendleton for this tricky maneuver: same price, much reduced size. Towel quality is the same, but the design placement makes it difficult to hang them as attractively
as the previous larger ones.</span>
