For a special occasion (our son's 30th birthday party,) for which I want to look good but not "dressed up." Which brings me to one of the prime reasons I bought this limited edition, handsome shirt: it dresses up or down, depending on what other clothes you wear with it. Always looks good untucked. It is noticeably thicker than my other wool board shirts. But like those board shirts, one can make this a 3+ season shirt, also by what else is worn--whether turtleneck, base layer long-john, long-sleeved or short-sleeved t-shirt. And of course whether one buttons it or not. (I say 3+ season because you're not going to wear this sucker in a heat wave, but board shirts come in handy on cool Summer nights.) Finally, I especially like that it's made in Mexico (not China) of Pendleton virgin wool. You knocked it out of the park with this one, Pendleton!</span>

<span itemprop="description">Slightly thicker than most board shirts. Much softer as well. It feels like I'm wearing a blanket. Fits very well.</span>
