I had been looking at it for months before ordering, so I was very disappointed when I tried it on. Sadly I returned the coat. I&rsquo;m 5&rsquo;4 and about 205 lbs and the XL gave me enough room to wear a sweater underneath. I am a bit chesty, but proportioned well and it just fits so beautifully. I get stopped every time I wear this coat and it&rsquo;s such a good feeling to know you&rsquo;re wearing a beautiful and highly functioning piece. I am 5 ft 6 inches and 128 lbs. The extra small fits like a glove. The small was sold out and I read that the coat runs big so I agree with that. That said I cannot fit a bulky sweater under it but don't need it in my area since the coat is so warm when buttoned up. Gorgeous fabric, well crafted. I don't miss the lining. On the contrary the seams are well finished and it is nice to see the construction of this well made coat. The cotton yarns are used on the warp of the loom for stability and the wool yarns are woven in for the color and pattern. This coat is unlined with no added insulation so is not intended for extreme temperatures.
