Our Saltillo Stripe pattern is a classic stripe reminiscent of the traditional serape stripes of Hispanic weaving. Saltillo is the city in North Eastern Mexico where serape weaving originated and thrived. In the early 20th century, it was sometimes referred to as the Athens of Mexico. Today, it remains well known for beautiful clay tiles. Unnapped, whipstitch binding. 82% pure virgin wool/18% cotton. Dry clean. Made in the USA.
