Position Overview:
Pendleton Woolen Mills is a 100+ year old, vertically integrated manufacturer, wholesaler, and multi-channel retailer of quality Apparel and Home Products. We are looking for a Womenswear Product Coordinator to assist in the merchandising development of Womenswear seasonal apparel product and to be a liaison to all channels. This is a full-time position and is exempt.

Principal Accountabilities:
  • Collaborates with Product Manager to execute the line plan strategy in all channels
  • Develop and approve with Legal - Marketing style and color names
  • Collaborates on product marketing for all channels
  • Lead on third party line development
  • Division/Class coding for sales reporting
  • Merchandise special size assortment and other special projects
  • Lead in Catalog/Retail Product knowledge and Seasonal Selling tool content
  • Assist in development and maintenance of Department records
  • Assist as needed with Merchandising and Design teams

  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Illustrator, Indesign, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to learn internal computer systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to Multi-task to achieve calendar due dates
  • Catalog and/or Ecommerce merchandising experience preferred
  • Retail and/or Wholesale experience preferred
  • Work well in a team environment
  • 5+ years experience in Merchandising and/or Direct to Consumer
