All orders are normally processed within two business days. Standard delivery varies, but usually takes no more than five to seven business days from the time the order is processed. Please allow up to 10 weeks for furniture delivery. Actual delivery is noted for each item. Our one-time shipping rate includes back orders and exchanges.
International Customers
We currently do not ship outside of the United States, with the exception of Canada. Orders
to Canada are limited to Blankets, Pillows, Shams and Bedspreads. Please see
special Canadian shipping chart below. Allow an additional 7-10 days for shipping to Canada.
Rush Charges
Add $7.95 per address for 2-3 day delivery or $14.95 per address for express overnight for
orders received by 12:00 noon Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Rush delivery
is not available on furniture items. NOTE: Special rush shipping charges apply to
most Home & Blanket items. See chart below.
Over Sized Items
Please note that some larger items and/or custom-made furniture have additional shipping
charges. These charges are noted in the product copy on the item page or in
parentheses ($) next to the price in our catalog. We regret that we are unable to ship large
items to Alaska or Hawaii.
