We'll gladly accept your return of clean, unworn and unwashed merchandise within 90 days of shipment for exchange or refund. Returns of merchandise received after 90 days of shipment will be exchanged or refunded for merchandise credit. Simply follow the instructions on the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order. We offer two easy ways to return your package to us: by UPS or by the shipper of your choice. If you wish to return your purchase for a refund, we'll credit your original method of payment for the merchandise purchase price. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size, color or style, we'll credit your return shipping charges and ship the new items to you with no additional shipping charge (US addresses only).
We regret that we cannot accept returns on the following items: Cut yardage except for defective material, furniture except for shipping damage or manufacturing defects, blankets once hanging tabs have been added -- unless there is a quality issue, and embroidered/personalized items.
