How to Personalize with a Monogram: To personalize a blanket with a monogram, provide initials and choose a color and a style. $10.00 charge Last name initial will be represented by the largest center letter in the monogram. Example: If your initials are ABC, the monogram will be ACB. Size and placement of monogram will vary depending on the product.
