Pendleton Woolen Mills, one of America's proven brands of quality apparel and home products, is looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Manager. This position is responsible for leading the Company's ecommerce and digital marketing efforts, and plays a lead role in defining and executing the Company's overall digital strategy. The DMM manages both internal and external team members and has budget responsibility for the web channel. This position is full-time and exempt.
Develop and execute the overall e-commerce business strategy to achieve sales, ROA, margin and P&L goals.
Build and lead a team of internal and external personnel to effectively develop and manage ecommerce solutions.
Oversee the day to day management of all on-line marketing activities, including SEM, SEO, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and retargeting.
Collaborate with merchandising / buying to develop and execute online merchandising strategies that align with seasonal plans and brand strategies.
Work closely with merchandising, marketing and retail teams to ensure that all business initiatives are appropriately supported in the digital channels.
Maintain a close-working and collaborative partnership with the web creative team.
Evaluate, select and manage all strategic partnerships related to digital technology and marketing.
Collaborate with social media team to optimize integration across platforms.
Oversee all aspects of web analytics and reporting. Ensure that web metrics and reporting are sufficient to evaluate and test new and on-going business practices.
Create and execute plan to deliver exceptional user experience measured by financial results and website metrics.
Provide expertise on current e-commerce industry best practices. Consult on cross-functional projects to ensure e-commerce principles are incorporated.
Lead the process of sourcing and implementing new online marketing opportunities, technologies and website design experiences that will compliment the e-commerce merchandise strategy.
Prepare and maintain annual sales and expense budgets. Track results and forecasts against plan throughout the year.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, E-commerce, Internet Business or related field of study, or equivalent experience.
10+ years experience working in a digital/online marketing environment.
Experience selecting and managing external e-commerce vendors.
Proven project management skills in managing multiple e-commerce initiatives. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects which maintaining deadlines and managing resources with little or no direction.
Strong managerial, planning, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to measure performance through analytics and transform results into actionable plan.
Preferred experience managing fashion, apparel or lifestyle websites
