Position Overview:
Pendleton is looking for a detailed-oriented, energetic individual who enjoys a fast paced environment to join the confirmation team in the Order Services Department. Organization, multi-tasking, communication and follow-through skills will be used on a daily basis. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Review wholesale account's purchase order with booked order, identifying discrepancies and reconcile issues
  • Process EDI inbound flat files, accurately updating new orders and prevent double booking
  • Initiate communication and generate written correspondence to account, Account Manager or Sales and Marketing Manager
  • Prioritizing tasks and coordinating with confirmation team to manage daily work flow
  • Provide professional telephone reorder and customer service
  • Enter orders from accounts and Account Managers
  • Verify inventory availability for booking orders


  • Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year experience in customer service (apparel manufacturing is a plus)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Strong telephone skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • 10-key by touch
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Ability to sit and work on a computer for long periods of time
