Job Title: Business Systems Analyst / Administrator Job Number: C-13-18 Job Location: Pendleton Corporate Office, 220 NW Broadway, Portland, OR POSITION HAS BEEN FILLED
This position drives the planning, oversight, and execution of Pendleton's product data management system (PLM) and the associated business practices. This position serves as the liaison between the user group and IT resources to maximize system usage, best practices, and interface development and execution to Pendleton's other business systems. This position is full-time and exempt.
Oversight of roles and responsibilities for PLM system use.
Development of job responsibilities as it pertains to PLM system
Facilitate user training, system enhancements and upgrades
Escalate issues and recommendations to management for resources needs to resolve issues.
Establish and direct user group task forces to complete specific projects as needed.
Serve as the primary point of contact between users and system/software provider for resolution of issues.
Evaluate, recommend, and drive execution of key business practice changes to optimize use of PLM and business systems.
Responsible for PLM compliance to corporate goals and compatibility with other business systems.
Skills and Qualifications:
Degree in Business, Information Technology or related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years experience in Business Operations.
Relevant experience in Systems Integration
Experience in Apparel industry and Product Data Management systems preferred.
Strong Human Relations and written and verbal communications skills
Strong computer skills
Ability to organize, outline, and execute projects.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Position may entail work weeks in excess of 40 hours per week and occasional Saturdays.
